The MRPI Consultant Network concept has been developed to provide a portal for independent Supply Management Consultants and ancillary groups to market their services under the aegis of a central agency.
 The President and CEO of Material Resources Planning Inc. Brian Skinner is a supply and equipment management professional with over 30 years experience. During his career, Brian has been a member of the senior and executive management team with a number of major BC Corporations: Purchasing Manager, Vancouver General Hospital, Purchasing Director, BC Hydro, and Director Materiel Services, BC Health Services Ltd.
He is a graduate of the BCIT Business Administration Program and received the Certified Professional Purchaser designation (CPP) from the Purchasing Management Association of Canada in 1984. Since 1990 Brian has operated as an independent Supply Management and Equipment Consultant, contracting to provide operational review, equipment planning and project management services to a variety of British Columbia Clients that include:
St. Paul's Hospital, Royal Inland Hospital, Peace Arch Hospital, Town of Ladysmith, Simplot Canada, FarBridge Enterprises, Langley School District, Tech BC, Lions Gate Hospital, Prince Rupert Hospital, Associated Health Systems, Vancouver General Hospital, Northern Health Authority of BC. SkyTrain, Metro Vancouver Regional District, City of Vancouver Vehicle Services Department and currently the UBC Life Sciences Centre.
