About the Webinars

In today's competitive and hyper active world of business it continues to be difficult to find the time to bring together a team for training. Staying on top of the changing issues in business requires training from time to time that keeps the team and organization informed. Budget constraints and the need for affordable training programs seem to be at cross purposes.

Webinars provide a way for organizations to bridge the gap between affordability and availability while delivering on value. Our webinars are flexible and can be tailored to organizational priorities. Drawing on first hand experience with the subject matter and as a recognized facilitator, the series of webinars on supply management topics has relevance for large and small enterprises.

Presentations can include negotiations, strategic management, supply management strategies, leadership, ethical behaviour, sustainability, corporate social responsibility, and other specifics such as how to measure savings, inventory management, or operations management. The webinars may be presented with case studies (sent out in advance), lectures, PowerPoint decks, and two-way discussions while on line. The use of a microphone and headset by participants is recommended.

The cost of the webinar programs can be on a one-time all-in-fee or on a fee per person basis. The length of the programs is generally a minimum of one hour plus a question and answer period. The only limit on the length of the program is the availability of the organization/individuals' time.

The intention of webcasts is not to replace face-to-face traditional seminar formats. Webinars complement these and other training tools to increase the accessibility to information that is often not available.
